Relationships aren’t easy and there are so many things that have to mesh between those two people for it to work. You need trust, communication, compassion, intimacy, and so many more traits. Of course a relationship will still always be imperfect. No one or no thing is perfect in life and it’s the imperfections that make us unique. A relationship is about accepting the other person’s flaws and not worrying so much about what happened in the past. The a person’s past is what shaped them into the person they are now. You learn from those bad relationships and life experiences so you don’t make those same mistakes again. It’s these life lessons we learn that help us become the best person we possible can for when we finally meet the one that is right for us. A relationship is a commitment to stand by each other to through thick and thin, no matter if times are good or bad. That person should be the one you trust most in life and can talk about anything to. They become your best friend, your lover, and your life. You should not only be physically attracted to them but also mentally. When you can connect on an intellectual level the relationship is just all the more stronger. I want to be able to just talk to a girl for hours about anything and never get bored because I genuinely just enjoy her company. When you meet that person that it doesn’t matter where you go, how much money you spend, or what you are doing with them then you know you found someone that is for you. It’s that person that you look at them and you just can’t help but smile because you are with them. They are the person you want to whisper sweet nothings to and always remind them how beautiful they are. That person you can joke around with and do silly random things with. It’s the person that you appreciate everyday and want to wake up next to. The one that you understand, know how to read, and can tell when they are upset or happy without even any words being said. You should be able to read them like a book and do whatever it takes to make them happy. You deserve to be happy and to have it all. You want to find that person that accepts you for who you are and doesn’t expect you to change who you are. They will be that person that completes you and makes you and even better person because finally you will appreciate what love really is.
